## 1. Terms of Purchase
### 1.1 Age Requirement
The website is intended for customers who are at least 18 years old and have the right to enter into binding agreements. By using the website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
### 1.2 Order Confirmation
An order becomes binding when you have received our order confirmation via email.
### 1.3 Prices, Currency and VAT
All prices are stated in SEK (kr) and include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect price information.
### 1.4 Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods shown at checkout.
### 1.4.1 Payment Link / Manual Payment / Payment upon Delivery
If you choose payment via payment link (Payment upon delivery) (Klarna), a payment link is sent via SMS and/or email after the order is placed. When the order is confirmed, a payment obligation arises.
The order must be completed by the due date specified in the payment message/invoice (normally within 24 hours unless otherwise stated). You can easily and quickly complete the order with Klarna via the link you receive. There you can choose to pay directly, split the payment, or receive an invoice – entirely according to your preference.
**Important: If the order is not completed within 24 hours**
Our AI-driven credit management can in certain cases automatically release the goods before full payment is received. If this occurs, the following reminder and fee system applies:
* **SMS and email reminders:** We send up to 4 automatic SMS/email reminders if payment is not completed.
* **Manual invoice:** If payment is not received after the reminders, a manual invoice is created that must be paid immediately. At this point, an Invoice fee of 69 kr and an Administrative fee of 142 kr are charged.
* **Reminder fee:** If payment is still not received within 3 days after the manual invoice, an additional 69 kr reminder fee is charged.
* **Collection fee:** In case of non-payment after reminders, the matter can be handed over to a collection agency with a collection fee of 180 kr, and/or an application for payment enforcement can be made to Kronofogden (Swedish Enforcement Authority).

## 2. Shipping & Delivery (EU)
### 2.1 Destinations
We deliver to customers within the EU. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are always shown in the shopping cart and at checkout before payment.
### 2.2 Shipping Cost (SEK)
* Free shipping on purchases from 250 kr.
* 99 kr shipping on purchases under 250 kr.
### 2.3 Delivery Time
Delivery time varies depending on country and delivery option and is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. (Within Sweden, standard delivery time is normally 3–5 business days.)
### 2.4 Tracking
All shipments are sent with tracking and insurance. You receive a tracking number via email when the package leaves our warehouse. If you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folder and search for MyBigBoy or mybigboy.se.
### 2.5 Delivery Method
The package can be delivered to your specified address, to a pickup point, or in the mailbox depending on the option selected. Identification may be required upon pickup.
### 2.6 Risk Transfer
The risk for the goods (e.g., loss or damage) transfers to you as a customer when the package has been handed to the carrier (PostNord).
When the package has arrived at the PostNord service point or package box, you are responsible for picking it up within the specified time. If you do not pick up the package in time, it will be returned to us.
If you have not received your package or suspect that something is wrong, contact us as soon as possible via phone, live chat, or email and we will help you investigate the matter and find a good solution.
### 2.7 Delays, Uncollected Packages and Claims
Delivery is considered complete when the package has arrived at the specified PostNord service point or package box and notification has been sent to the customer.
The customer is responsible for picking up the package within PostNord's current retention period (normally 7 days). If the package is not picked up within this time, it will be returned to us.
For uncollected packages, the customer is charged for our actual costs, including shipping, return shipping, storage, and administration (currently at least 300–600 kr depending on the package size and how long it has been stored).
Uncollected packages are not considered claims or returns. We are not obligated to resend the goods or provide a refund after the package has been returned or lost with PostNord.
Claims regarding undelivered packages must be made immediately, at the latest within 14 days from the planned delivery date. Claims made after a longer period (e.g., several months) are not accepted, as we can no longer investigate the matter effectively and insurance has expired.

## 3. Returns & Refunds (Summary)
You have 30 days from the date you received the goods to change your mind about your purchase and request a return. Goods must be unused and in original packaging.
Exception: Opened consumables (food, beverages) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to "short shelf life" products.
Refunds are normally made within 14 days of receipt and approval of the return, to the same payment method used at purchase.
### 3.1 Reviews & Ratings (Moderation)
Reviews and ratings on MyBigBoy.se come from customers and reflect their personal experiences. Experiences may vary.
To comply with payment and platform rules and to keep information accurate and non-misleading, we may hide or remove reviews that contain: (1) medical claims or treatment claims, (2) sexual performance claims, (3) time/effectiveness promises or guarantees, (4) instructions on dosage/timing that could be perceived as medical advice, (5) hate, threats, personal attacks, personal data, or other inappropriate content.
We publish reviews in the customer's own wording and normally do not edit review text. If a review cannot be published as is, it may need to be hidden or removed.
